This is the exchange from Breaking Bad:
>"You're gonna get me off, right?" (he's in jail)
>"What do I look like, your high school girlfriend? Five fingers, no waiting?"
So yeah... what does it mean? I've heard other people say things like this before, like "_____, no waiting". What does this phrase mean in general?
It's a joke reply as 'You're gonna get me off.' has a double meaning like 'Are you going tom get me out of jail?' or 'Are you going to give me a handjob?' It's the second meaning he's referring to like as if his girlfriend is always ready to do it for him. Five fingers means a hand.
In the context, it seems to translate, " What do you think? I can get you off as fast as a high school girlfriend's hand job?"
