i have a 97 Buick Lesabre and the rear sags ! it don,t have air struts, just regular struts ! by the rear sagging when i get people in the back seat, is it because the struts are weak or it needs new coil springs ? i don,t have enough money to buy new struts and springs ! what i am looking for is to stiffin up the rear end so it won,t sag ! thanks guys !

It's the springs or air suspension bag, compressor or air lines to the bag(s), if equipped. Shocks themselves won't cause a sag as they don't provide suspension, they reduce or eliminate oscillations from the springs when you go over a bump. Make sure your mother-in-law isn't in the trunk (or any heavy cargo for that matter).
