This is what I do for warm up before weightlifting.
30 push ups
250 sit ups (every 10 is a different ab workout, I forget the names, look up some ab workouts if you want)
And 50 more push ups.
Hope this somewhat helps!
Hi there, I would do two things.
1. Learn as much as you can from Pavel Tsatsouline. http://www.dragondoor.com/shop-by-department/books...
Pavel blows the doors off of all exercise myths and knowledge. He is the guy who introduced America to kettle bells.
2. Take up a workout that mimics a real world sport. The best and toughest being Parkour. There are some cool workouts here -> http://www.americanparkour.com/train
As a bonus, check out Z-Health, really cool stuff! http://www.zhealth.net/
Good Luck.
