No. You wouldn't. All you would do is sweat--and when you sweat, you are just losing water. So, when you drink (whatever---water, soda, juice, tea) your body filters out the water from these liquids and that puts the water right back into your body. So you've lost NOTHING.
The ONLY way to lose weight is diet and exercise.
yes u would lose weight...but u wouldnt lose like 10 pounds tho...and after u go and drink some juice or water...all that u lost from sweating is gonna be regained cuz u hydrated urself bring all that water back into ur body. and if u do sweat alot..i doubt u will see a difference on the scale and in the mirror.
When you sweat that means that the body is too hot. You burn energy (calories, fat) in order to stay warm. If your body is too hot it will decrease the rate at wich you turn energy into heat.
It would work if the point would be to disintoxicate yourself by replenishing the blood. But if you want to loose weight COLD is the way to go, the body will have to burn energy to keep cold. Look up people who go hiking in Alaska and you'll find out that they usualy need a high-fat diet in order to stay alive and they always loose allot of body mass. Its kind of a paradox since the more fat you have in your body the more isolated you are from harsh cold
no. sweating makes you lose salts in your body, but you wouldnt lose weight because the only way to lose weight is to burn calories. and sitting on the couch yes burns calories but very slowly.
Yes, but it would only be the weight of the sweat lost.
