Everyone goes through hard times in life, the key is to get through them and learn from them. It is your choice whether you want to become cynical or not.
COUNT! Cynics count all the things that they did WRONG in their lives. ZEALOTS count all the things they did RIGHT in their lives. I count all the things that I did RIGHT, and all the things I did WRONG. The rights are more than the wrongs. No one is perfect, we all have a mix of both.
You probably can't all the time. There's all that B.S. out there about "the human spirit can survive anything" and blah blah blah. But people do get messed up by stuff sometimes. We can handle a lot. But we can't handle ANYTHING...IMO.
I think people who are very cynical have a lot of inner pain. So much so that they just have to let it out everywhere they can. And part of that pain is that they're still holding onto the belief that the world is supposed to be something different that it is. "It's all broken and who's fault is it?" Yeah, there's a lot of $hitty things in this world. But it's not ALL $hitty. And who's to say how the world SHOULD be? We just know how it is. Is it bad enough that we just want to check out? Or can we find enough good things to stick around?

Simple.....
From today onwards work on becoming more honest...Look for the truth of things within and without....Do this and you will continually evolve in knowledge of yourself and thereby understand all other human beings. When you find turmoil in your life, it is a doorway which leads to more of yourself that remains underdeveloped..
My friend...I have had a very hard life, more than enough pain to make a person bitter. I have been struck down in many areas repeatedly. But because I kept looking for truth, I grew into it, so that now I know what went wrong, how to fix it. I am not a 5 year old boy who know what is a car, I am a 52 year old mechanic who knows what a car is.....
Always submit to what you perceive to be truth...

don't experience a whole lot. experience in moderation. save some for later in life.
do not have thoughts in the first place.
By understanding whatever was and happened before in the experience you had and try to do something good and better today .
Its all down to your attitude!
you cant. your history makes us who we are.
